We Are thorough and take good care to pack and deliver to USPS.However our products are intricate ,delicate and handmade;minor blemishes,loose threads can be expected during shipping and handling.A simple glue can address most issues.

Defects or Problems with your order ?

if you have received an item with a problem or any major defect,please contact us within 2 days to inform us of the issue. if we are not notified within 2 days of receiving the item then it will not qualify for a return or replacement.

When making a return, you must include the photo of your damage in your email.The customer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
