Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. For items that are on backorder, we will communicate by email or phone when the item becomes available. Typical lead time for backorder items is 2 weeks to 4 weeks.

Defects or Problem with your Order.

We will do our best to safely package our products and deliver through UPS/USPS. However our products are intricate,delicate and handmade; minor blemishes , loose threads or beads can be expected during shipping and handling. A simple glue can address most issues.

For missing packages that are not delivered please contact the carrier and your local post office first. We are not responsible for lost packages, but we will do our best in assisting you in locating it. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For free shipping: For orders over $150 in total value (excluding any taxes), we offer free shipping in US. 

Local delivery & Local Pick up

We are unable to provide any free local delivery. However, we do provide Free local pick up for customers in Massachusetts. For local pick up, we do not charge any additional shipping cost. We are in the zip code 01568 in the US. You can use this zip code to calculate your driving distance and if this is the best option for you to pickup or get it delivered by regular mail.

Local pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2 Knowlton Cir, Upton, MA 01568. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9 am ET to 8 pm ET on all week days. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

1.   Canada

2.    India

Currently, we do not ship to countries other than USA, Canada and India.

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Shagun Arts & Crafts LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@shagunartsandcrafts.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. You can also call us on +1 508 762 7963.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

 Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept any returns.

If  the item is damaged when you received the item. We will replace the item or refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Due to the handmade nature of our products no two items will be identical, small and minor imperfections are expected. 

 In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@shagunartsandcrafts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
